A relaxed one-hour conversation on Zoom with Smriti Nandi about your goals, routine and health history. You leave with clear personal direction — and we send you a free age-appropriate Nutrition & Lifestyle Guide PDF on WhatsApp and email.
Is the consultation online? I’m not in Bilaspur.
Yes — consultations happen on Zoom and WhatsApp, so you can join from anywhere in India. Slots run Monday to Friday, 8–11 am and 5–8 pm India time.
Kya consultation Hindi me ho sakta hai?
Bilkul! Consultation Hindi ya English — jo bhi aapko comfortable lage — usi bhasha me hota hai.
How do I pay the ₹99 fee?
After you pick your slot, the page shows a Google Pay / UPI button (or a QR code on computers) to pay ₹99 directly. Then you confirm on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot.
Can I reschedule my slot?
Yes — your booking confirmation email has a reschedule link, or simply message us on WhatsApp and we’ll move your slot at no extra cost.
I have a medical condition — can you still help?
We provide general wellness and nutrition guidance, and for medical conditions we work alongside your doctor — never in place of them. Mention your condition in the booking message so we come prepared.
